M.S. student admitted for Fall 2024, previously undergraduate researcher (2023-2024). Currently working on evaluating machine learning atmospheric models, including experiments comparing how NVidia’s ML atmospheric model responds to idealized Earth-like conditions and investigating theoretical growth of pressure systems.

Research Focus: Machine learning climate models, atmospheric model evaluation, Rossby wave dynamics, extreme weather predictability.
